First off, why not start with some magnificent hair on dream hair length (her hair is gorgeous)......in this video she shows how to moisturise you hair before shampooing ( a pre-poo treatment as its called in hair circles:-). Personally I have been doing the olive oil treatment for a while now and YES!!! It does make a difference. Enjoy!!!
